Supreme Court Exacerbates Teen Angst

The Supreme Court decided that life is so cruel for teens:

Life 'cruel' punishment for teens

Life 'cruel' punishment for teens

They seem to be saying that for teenagers, life is one cruel punishment after another.  Except that’s not at all what the Court said and the headline is just ridiculously miswritten.

That’s okay. They can just wait for the kids to be labeled as sexual predators:

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that federal officials can indefinitely hold inmates considered “sexually dangerous” after their prison terms are complete.

The high court in a 7-2 judgment reversed a lower court decision that said Congress overstepped its authority in allowing indefinite detentions of considered “sexually dangerous.”

[sarcasm]I’m so glad we can use indefinite detention to just hold (with no additional charges, or conviction) people we really don’t like. I can’t wait for this to start being extended to more people[/sarcasm].
