She’s the end boss as it were of the Shadow Tomb in the Bone Wastes.
Of course, hitting level 70 sucks because now I need to get all my Level 70 skills. I had to do them in increments because They ended up costing a ton of gold. Not to mention the Artisan Riding skill I need to get the Cold Weather Flying ability. That costs a little over 1200 gold.
It’s the most beautiful building in Stormwind and, together with Northshire Abbey, the most beautiful architecture in all of Azeroth.
Oh, no, wait. Sorry. He’s just one of the bosses along the way.
Yeah. We had more wipes fighting Murmur and the Orcs that were trying (very unsuccessfully) to enslave him than I ever recall wiping before. Even more than I wiped in the 20 or so times I ran Gnomeregan and those stupid walking alarms tore through the levels bringing every single mob in the dungeon down on us…
But we did it. BTW, Selexn of Suramar is a dick. He kept stealing the tank’s aggro, being very impatient, calling everyone names, rushing into battle without any regard fo rthe team, or strategy, or mana or anything else. He died every fight because of his irresponsible actions. He then bitched me out repeatedly and initiated two separate kick votes for me since I didn’t keep him alive. I attempted to explain that it came down to a choice of keeping him (a low-level DPS) alive or keeping the tank and two other DPS alive. The smart money is on the healer keeping the tank alive. Then he really kicked me in the balls when he out-greeded everyone on a BoP blue wand with, like, +53 spell power that he couldn’t use and then wanted 250G for it in trade. (The item was worth 12G to a vendor.) Polite players would pass on BoP items they can’t use, or offer them for free if they did end up with them. But not Selexn.
Apparently, the Essence of Sound turns into a pair of horns, or maybe a giant divining rod, when it dies.
This guy has the most awesome stuff for sale in the Lower City. Where else can you get a dancing hula girl to go around your neck? Well, Waikiki Beach at 2 AM with a couple of Mai Tais, I guess…
