That’s stretching it, Google

Okay. I wanted to find out if vixie-cron and BSD crond’s default behavior of checking the execute bits of scripts in /etc/cron.hourly and friends was standard across all UNICES (specifically, whether Solaris’s crond behaves the same way). I googled “cron execute bit /etc/cron.daily.” The Google Ads that came up were all about Crohn’s disease. Now granted “cron” and “Crohn’s” look about the same but where does the “execute bit” hit on the Chron’s disease ads?
