you know how sometimes you don’t wanna do something because you don’t think it will work, and not trying in order to avoid that failure seems preferable? and then someone convinces you that you can’t always fail and that you should give it a shot, and you do, and it fails? thats about were i am right now.

    I fail sometimes at what I do, but if everything went your way you’d either have to be really really lucky or have some really obvious thing going for you.

    If you’re right all the time, and succeed every time, you never learn anything. So, you may have been right and failed, but you learned something. Maybe why it didn’t work, or maybe not to listen to that person? Who knows.

      honestly i know the platitudes, my biggest dilemma is that occasional failure puts me in a severely depressed state for a period of time, i ended up laying on the floor of my bathroom for about an hour and a half before i was willing to move again, but then i snapped out of it fairly nicely. So i was bad and now I’m better, as better as i get, lol

    that occasional, should be occasionally, implying that on a sometimes basis this happens, not on every failure, as I’d likely never get off the floor if that were the case, as not being off the floor would count as failure, and thus…
